GallatinK9 is here as a community resource to help all dogs and owners become better trained, to ensure a safer community for all through education, empowerment, training and support. These one-on-one private lessons are tailored to your goals and what your dog needs at that time.

We use a simple, balanced training approach so that both handler and dog have a clear understanding of the process and what’s expected of them. We strive to keep training fun, interesting and productive. ​

Every dog and owner combination are unique and have their own specific issues, goals, dreams and needs. It's very important to me that every one of my clients feels empowered to handle their dog in a variety of situations with confidence and control and to feel educated and empowered to take on the world with their best friend.

Private lessons are designed for owners who have plenty of time to work with their dogs at home. You will be given all of the knowledge to train your dog; however, results depend on how consistent you are. Lessons are also beneficial for those who are interested in learning the how’s and the why’s behind training their dog.
Lessons are 1 on 1 for an hour and can be held at our training facility, public parks, or in your home (within driving distance).

The Basics
​
Getting started on the right path to create a happy, healthy and long term relationship with your dog with our Basics Program. Each dog and owner is unique so while we use this as the framework for each new client and their dog, we understand that personalized training is the key to each dog’s success. This program is designed for a dog and owner team to learn the basics, grow and develop together to have a successful partnership.

Taking it Further / Intermediate Obedience
​
After completion of the Basics Program you will be able to sign up for the Intermediate Obedience Program. This is where things start to get really fun and you’ll discover a new level of joy and inspiration while training your dog. We’ll also begin off leash training, obedience under a higher level of distractions, and taking what you learned in the Basics Program out into the real world.

Real Life Obedience
​
Real life Obedience, Advanced training and trial prep, learn new tricks and proofing off leash reliability. Only for people who are ready to take their training to a high level and who've completed their Foundational Training Programs

Reactive to Reliable
​
This program is designed to help reactive dogs overcome their fear, build confidence and trust in themselves, their owners and the world around them. All dogs want to be in a place of balance and stability. We work with nature and their emotions to create a happier, more confident dog who is able to reliably and safely engage with the world around them.
